The boys recently caught up with vocalist/guitarist Kirk Windstein from Crowbar, to discuss their latest effort Zero and Below.  Kirk discusses several of the songs on the new record as well as how they were written.  He also discusses their current tour with Sepultura and Sacred Reich.  Lastly, he discusses life during the pandemic as well as what is like to go on tour after two years.
