The Corona Files - Part #21

Welcome to the newest format from the Genghis and Ragman Show.  We are titling this series The Corona Files.  This is going to be a different format from the regular show, but will still provide similar content.  We are dedicated to put out more shows, weekly, while we're all on lock down.  Join us tonight for part 21 in this series where we discuss our current status as well as how artists are staying busy during the shelter in place.  The boys also dissect Kerrang's top 25 Metallica songs.  Next the lads are joined by Pink Cream 69 vocalist David Readman to discuss life in Holland during the pandemic as well as talk about his new project Immunity for the Masses.  David tells us how he and his band wrote, recorded, and shot a video, under lock down for their first single Welcome To This Nightmare.  It amazing what you can accomplish in 2 weeks when you put your mind to it.  He also gave us an update on Pink Cream 69 as well as the other projects that he is involved in.

Welcome to the newest format from the Genghis and Ragman Show.  We are titling this series The Corona Files.  This is going to be a different format from the regular show, but will still provide similar content.  We are dedicated to put out more shows, weekly, while we're all on lock down.  Join us tonight for part 20 in this series where we discuss our current status as well as how artists are staying busy during the shelter in place.  The boys also dissect the the perfect hard rock/heavy metal list  What are the best albums from front to back?  Next the lads are joined by LA Guns bassist Kelly Nickels to discuss life in Long Island, NY during the pandemic as well as LA Guns' upcoming record Renegades.   He also talks about the 2 versions of LA Guns, and his thought as to whoshould be able to use the name.  Lastly he talks about his clothing line Montauk Salvage Company and his actress step daughter Emma Roberts, and if he was consulted on the music for the last season for AHS.

Welcome to the newest format from the Genghis and Ragman Show.  We are titling this series The Corona Files.  This is going to be a different format from the regular show, but will still provide similar content.  We are dedicated to put out more shows, weekly, while we're all on lock down.  Join us tonight for part 19 in this series where we discuss our current status as well as how artists are staying busy during the shelter in place.  The boys also touch on festival postponements and if they will still happen this year.  Next the lads welcome back Firewind guitarist Gus G to discuss life in Greece during the pandemic as well as his bands latest release Firewind.  He talks about the approach on the new record and how it differs from their previous release.  He also talks about the importance of playing with feeling rather than playing a hundred notes as second.  Lastly, Gus touches on the postpoment of their tour and when we can hopefully see them in the future.

The Corona Files - Part #18

Welcome to the newest format from the Genghis and Ragman Show.  We are titling this series The Corona Files.  This is going to be a different format from the regular show, but will still provide similar content.  We are dedicated to put out more shows, weekly, while we're all on lock down.  Join us tonight for part 18 in this series where we discuss our current status as well as how artists are staying busy during the shelter in place.  The boys also explore some of the latest collabs in quarantine, as well as if Baby Metal is a crucial part of heavy metal history.  Prior to the pandemic, the lads were joined by BRKN Love vocalist/guitarist Justin Benlolo to discuss his band's debut album of the same name.  He also talks about the new retro sound and the bands that have cloned it, as well as the others that borrow enough to round out their sound.  Ragman and Justin debate on whether its cooler to rip off Led Zeppelin or Nickleback.  Tune in to see which band they picked.
