The Corona Files - Part #45

Welcome to the newest format from the Genghis and Ragman Show.  We are titling this series The Corona Files.  This is going to be a different format from the regular show, but will still provide similar content.  We are dedicated to put out more shows, weekly, while we're all on lock down.  Join us tonight for part 45 in this series where we discuss our current status as well as how artists are staying busy during the shelter in place.  The boys also talk about the latest news in hard rock and heavy metal.  Next the lads welcome back filmmaker Bob Nalbandian to discuss his latest documentary Bay Area Godfathers - Part 1.  Bob discusses what it takes to put a documentary together as well as the process of getting the interviews.  He also discusses the evolution of the Bay Area thrash scene and how it started with band like Y & T all the way up to the point to where it it exploded with Metallica and Testament.

Welcome to the newest format from the Genghis and Ragman Show.  We are titling this series The Corona Files.  This is going to be a different format from the regular show, but will still provide similar content.  We are dedicated to put out more shows, weekly, while we're all on lock down.  Join us tonight for part 44 in this series where we discuss our current status as well as how artists are staying busy during the shelter in place.  The boys also talk about the latest news in hard rock and heavy metal.  Next the lads welcome back guitarist Simone Mularoni from DGM to discuss their new release Tragic Separation.  Simone discusses the loose concept that the album touches on lyrically as well as the making of the video for their 2nd single, Surrender and why they plugged in, rather than just air guitaring.  He also lets us know his thoughts on the possibility of doing an all instrumental record, in the future.
